AI audit and automation · Hamza Laasri

An AI audit of your company, then the automation built for you.

Hamza Laasri, founder and systems architect of Kolchi In One (KIO), audits how your company really works, finds the manual work that costs you time and money, and then builds the AI and automation that remove it. One person is accountable from the first interview to the last workflow in production, for companies in Morocco, the UAE, the Gulf and Europe.

What the audit looks at

Every place where people do a machine’s job.

Most companies do not need “an AI strategy”. They need someone to sit with their team, see where hours disappear, and fix those places one by one, starting with the ones that pay back fastest.

  • Sales

    Leads and sales

Where enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, how many are lost, how follow-ups happen.

Often fixed with one inbox and an AI agent that answers, qualifies and saves each lead.
  • Service

    Customer service

The questions your team answers every day, by WhatsApp, phone and email, and which ones an AI agent can take.

An agent trained on your FAQs, with your team taking over whenever a person is needed.
  • Data

    Data entry and copying

Every time someone copies from a form to a sheet, from a sheet to an email, from an email to a calendar.

n8n workflows that move the data between your tools, so nobody retypes it.
  • Reporting

    Reports built by hand

Reports rebuilt every week, numbers nobody trusts, decisions made without data.

A workflow that collects the numbers and sends the report on a fixed day.
  • Approvals

    Documents and approvals

Quotes, invoices, contracts and internal requests that wait in someone’s inbox.

Requests routed to the right person, with reminders until they are signed off.
  • Tools

    Tools and costs

Software you pay for and do not use, tools that do not talk to each other, accounts nobody owns.

A clear list of what to keep, connect or drop, and who owns each account.

What you receive

A clear map, a plan, then working systems.

Each step ends with something written that you keep, and nothing is charged before you agree to it.

  1. Step 1 · Free

    A 15-minute call

You explain how the company works today. You get a written proposal for the audit.

  2. Step 2

    Interviews and tools

We talk to the people who do the work and look at the tools they use, with the access you choose to give.

  3. Step 3 · Map

    How work really flows

Each process written step by step, with the manual parts marked.

  4. Step 4 · Roadmap

What to automate, in what order

Each opportunity with the time it costs today, what we would build, the effort and a priority, with a written price for the build.

  5. Step 5 · Build

    We implement, you own it

AI agents, n8n workflows, CRM and integrations, built in short milestones, tested with your team, documented and handed over.

Who leads the audit

Hamza Laasri, founder of KIO.

Hamza founded Kolchi In One to give small and medium businesses the operating power of a large company, without the large company’s budget. He taught himself to code and to build with AI, and today designs digital systems for clinics, schools, restaurants and companies, with clients in Morocco, Dubai, the Netherlands and China. He leads every audit personally and stays responsible for what gets built.

“If a task is repetitive, it should be automated. If a process is chaotic, it should be systematised.”

Questions

Before you decide.

What is an AI audit?

A review of how your company works today, done to find the tasks that AI and automation can take over: answering customers, qualifying leads, copying data, building reports, chasing approvals. The result is a written map of your processes and a prioritised plan, not a slide deck of buzzwords.

Who does the audit?

Hamza Laasri, founder and systems architect of Kolchi In One, leads it personally and stays responsible for the implementation, so the person who diagnoses the problem is the person who fixes it.

Do we have to change all our tools?

No. We start from what you already use and connect it with n8n and APIs. We only suggest replacing a tool when it clearly costs you more than it gives, and we tell you why.

Can you work with companies outside Morocco?

Yes. Audits are done remotely by video call and screen sharing, in English, French or Arabic, for companies in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe and elsewhere.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the company and the number of processes. After the free 15-minute call you get a written proposal for the audit, and after the audit a written price for each part of the build. Nothing is charged before you agree.

Is our data safe during the audit?

We work with the access you choose to give, ideally read-only during the audit. Accounts stay in your name, and everything we build is documented and handed over.
