KIO CRM is the customer relationship platform built by Kolchi In One for Moroccan businesses: one workspace per business where every lead, every conversation from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and website chat, every quote, invoice and payment, and your AI agents all live together. This article explains what it does, who it is for and why we built our own instead of reselling an international tool.
Why we built our own CRM
Most Moroccan businesses run on WhatsApp. Leads arrive in a dozen chats, quotes live in someone’s phone, invoices are made in Word and follow-ups depend on memory. International CRMs can help, but they are often priced per user, built around email rather than WhatsApp, and not designed for Darija, Arabic and French or for Moroccan invoicing habits.
We wanted a tool our clients could use from the first day: where WhatsApp is the centre, the interface speaks their language and the business owns its data. So we built KIO CRM. You can read our comparison of HubSpot and a custom CRM for Moroccan SMEs for the wider question.
What does KIO CRM do?
One inbox for every channel
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and the chat on your website arrive in one inbox. Your team answers from one place and sees the whole history of each client, whatever channel they used.
Leads that capture themselves
When a new person writes, the CRM creates the lead and keeps the conversation attached. You see who is new, who is waiting for an answer and who is ready to buy.
Client files, quotes and invoices
Each client has a file with their conversations, documents, projects, quotes and invoices. You create quotes and invoices directly from the client file, and record payments with their proof attached.
AI agents inside the CRM
The same workspace runs your AI agents for WhatsApp and your website. When an agent captures a lead, it lands in the CRM with the full conversation, ready for your team. See how on our AI agent page.
Booking, campaigns and follow-up
A booking page lets clients choose a slot, approved WhatsApp templates let you send campaigns and reminders, and nothing depends on someone remembering to call back.
A view of the money
The owner sees what has been invoiced, what has been paid and what is still expected. Financial views are restricted to the people who should see them.
Built for how Moroccan teams work
- Three languages: the interface works in English, French and Arabic, including right-to-left.
- Mobile first: it installs on a phone like an app and sends notifications, so the owner can follow the business from anywhere.
- One workspace per business: a company with several activities keeps each one separate, with its own team, inbox and numbers.
- Secure by default: two-factor login, encrypted secrets and access by role.
- Your data stays yours: no per-user licence that grows each time you hire.
Who is KIO CRM for?
It fits businesses where clients write a lot and every conversation can become revenue: travel agencies, schools and training centers, clinics, real estate agencies, service companies and agencies managing several brands. If your sales live in WhatsApp and your follow-up lives in your head, it was built for you.
How do you get started?
We start with a free 15-minute call to see how your clients reach you and what your team needs. Then we set up your workspace, connect your channels, import what is worth keeping and train your team. See the details on our CRM page or book a call through the contact page.
